Eric Powell, CRPC®
Founder and Principal
Eric founded RightPlan Financial to help clients of all ages with financial planning, wealth accumulation and wealth distribution. Working as both a firefighter and entrepreneur prior to his start in the financial industry, Eric relates to the needs of both employees and business owners.
The Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠ is a designation Eric obtained to guide clients with their retirement planning. Eric also completed multiple courses relating to finance and believes education is an ongoing need to make sure clients are given the most up to date and accurate advice.
When not working, Eric's number one activity is spending time with his wife and daughter. He is also an active volunteer in the community serving at his church and on multiple non-profit boards.
James Farrell, Ph.D., CFA®
Daniel Mitchell, CFP®
Daniel is a consultant of RightPlan Financial for financial planning. He has over eleven years of experience in the financial industry. His experience, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation, and BA in Business Management, allow him to view financial plans from an experienced and scholarly perspective. Daniel is currently pursuing his MA in Finance.
Daniel has a mission to help as many people as possible achieve their dreams and the dreams of their families by making holistic financial planning even more widely available.
His downtime is spent with his wife, Dacia, and their six children. Daniel is active in the community through Scouting, Resonate Church and family service projects.
James is a consultant of RightPlan Financial. He assists with portfolio analysis. He has been involved in the financial industry for over 12 years in many different capacities. His Ph.D. in Economics and CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst ®) are both prestigious education and designation titles James holds. He is also a published author with multiple financial related publications.
James knowledge helps guide the investment committee on each asset allocation model. His research, which includes behavioral investing, provides value when creating portfolios based on each clients risk tolerance.
When not working with the investment committee, James works as an Associate Professor teaching Economics and Finance for Florida Southern College.
